Works well - quality product
This is a well designed product, good materials and works well.The heat reaches the places it is needed and the controls are simple and convenient. I was able to work from home wearing the belt without any particular restriction, meaning I could get on with my life while I adjusted to the new condition.It helped a lot when I first got sciatica, and I still use it when I get strong pains in my lower back, heat is great for relaxing muscles and letting the back open and soften.Highly recommended.

Omg it's amazing
This saved my life. I work at a desk in a cold, cold room. With this and some thick-soled warm slipper-boots, I'm absolutely fine. Putting it on is like getting into a warm bath. It's easy to put on under clothes, comfy (sometimes I just unplug and don't bother taking it off for ages), and quick to unplug when needed. I've previously bought a heat blanket (for scientific purposes!) from the same brand and that was great too.

It is good in some respects
Similar to other Beurer products, it heats up quickly and is useful to have but the velcro design is very poor. They have stitched the sticky part of the velcro, which is roughly 3 inches square to the main pad rather than designing two belts meeting in the middle, you have a velcro that keeps sticking to the clothes, jumpers in particular and damaging them

If found this to be a bit short and would recommend that Beurer increase the length out to about 1 meter so it is more comfortable to lie on and use.

1. Unwrap the heating pad from its packaging. 2. Choose the desired temperature setting using the electronic controls. 3. Wrap the heating pad around your waist, adjusting the hook-and-loop fastening for a snug fit. 4. Plug in the heating pad and enjoy the warmth, ensuring not to exceed the 90-minute automatic shut-off time for safety. 5. To clean, detach the power cord and temperature control, and wash the heating pad in a washing machine at 30°.
Safety Warning
Do not leave the heating pad on for more than 90 minutes at a time to prevent overheating.
