Everything I’d hoped for: easy to put on, adjust and wear. 10 pounds is a great place to start for me; and it kicks my other workouts (e.g.,brisk, uphill walk, calf raises, etc) up a notch. I sometimes wear it, working around the house, going up and down stairs, in the supermarket, etc. AND it helps me improve my posture.So glad I ordered it!

I purchased the 11-20lb vest about 3 years ago, and it's been one of my most-used fitness tools. The only negative for me is that I have to re-adjust the straps during some workouts, because the vest gets loose when doing squats & lunges. (It's not bad enough to knock the rating though.) I've MORE than gotten my money worth and I'll buy a new one when I'm ready to exceed 20lbs.

I was worried this would be massive (5'7" and slender woman) and jostle around from the comments, but it tightens perfectly. For the price, it definitely does the job and is what I was looking for. Doesn't move around during push-ups, jog, etc. Are there more petite weighted vests? Probably somewhere, but it is as snug as I need it to be.

Bought this item for my daughter to help her build endurance for cross country training. She says that it is comfortable and stays in place good.And that it is nice with the individual weight packets for adding weight

The weight is nicely distributed for runners. I can do full speed work outs with no problems plus other workouts as well. It also forces you (at least in my case) to stand straighter and run quieter so the vest doesn't bounce to much, this keeps my feet closer to the ground and gives me better technique as a distance runner.I bought the vest to train to run faster and stronger over long distances from 10K to Marathon and I ran my fastest 10K ever just today so I can say that for my training regimen this is really working.The weight takes some getting used to at first but once your body settles into it you can turn simple average workouts into the kind that really improve you, this type of training is as old and time honored as training itself, if something stands the test of time it's because it works, running with extra weight is a tough way to train but IT WORKS!!I highly recommend this vest to anyone truly interested in being the best runner they can be and don't mind putting in the hard yards to got there. Update:Based on my review, the seller contacted me and offered to resolve my concerns. They did this by giving me a full refund, without me asking for it. So even though this vest didn't work well for me, the seller was incredibly responsive and cared about my experience as their customer. If I found other products of theirs I was interested in, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them. For this reason, I am changing my rating from two stars to three stars. I still stick by what I said about the way this vest felt on and fit my body, but the customer experience was very good, and for that I gave them one more star.Original Review (two stars):I might like this vest if front and back sections were designed to be longer and clasped nearer to the waist, instead of higher up on the chest. As a woman, size 8-10 (U.S.), with fuller figure, I hate that the weighted sections press on my breasts. It looks ill-fitted enough I won't wear it walking outside.All of the weight falls on my shoulders -- I'm up to 9 pounds now and it's pretty uncomfortable. I expected a vest where the weight would be distributed more evenly, so that some would be borne by my trunk. I have to focus to keep a straight posture, and wearing it for 15 to 20 minutes at a time is as much as I can take.I suspect this vest could work well for men or maybe women with a smaller build, but for someone with my body type, I can't recommend it.
