Cooks a nice Sunday roast

I purchased this enamel roasting tin for the Sunday roasts,im very happy with the size as it fits a large chicken or leg of lamb and plenty of room for veggys and roast potatoes,it cleans up easy,I soak it with a bit of baking soda and hot boiling water, and it's a easy way to get it cleaned up as baking soda more gentle but tough on cleaning, its great it has a lid which i find keeps the oven clean and free from grease and cooks well and meat taste delicious, its a very good quality product and I'm happy to cook with it,
