Attack on Titan LARP Foam Sword - Shingeki no Kyojin Sword

These look nice. Good quality. Good details. Handles are sturdy and nice looking. We bought 4 of them 5 months ago and they have not broken yet. Hard foam, Pliable but stay straight. No color problems/no fading, or chipping, bubbling. Authentic sized from show. Quite large for 10 year olds. They look to scale as the characters on AOT look while having them. Sized right for teens and adults.Update: March 17 2018After being used in heavy imaginative adventure & battle on and off for a few years by young kiddos, these are in fantastic condition. Here are photos of the breaks, wear & tear.1. Small ball came off by hand grip. Which can be placed back onto that small, strong metal prong and glued.2. Silver paint flaked off a few, a bit. Can be fixed easily.3. Two tips broke off after being releatedly shoved into hard toy shields and a brick wall. Can be glued back on with specific epoxy.Just over 3' 1 1/2" long from unbroken tip to endNicely weighted"Blades" still straight and firm!Probably best used for costume or cosplay but held up well as a toy.On a cheap food scale this sword weighed 9.7 oz in photos compared to the over half filled standard 16.9oz water bottle I used in photo. The sword feels heavier in hand, the blade part heavier than the handle. The sword feels very solid and sturdy where the blade meets the handle.Yea, I had a bit of time on my hands to add the longer update to this review.

Surprisingly amazing quality. The only down side is that the finger holes are a bit big so if your hands are small, it might be uncomfortable but it's perfect for me

The paint is perfect and the sword is very sturdy. There are a couple chips in the back of the sword, but it's nothing too terrible. The sword does bend when swung with a LOT of force, but it doesn't bend to the degree as depicted in the picture, and it is a foam sword, so a little bit of bending is to be expected. For the price it was incredibly worth while, and I look forward to slaying many titans in the future with it.

This product is absolutely amazing especially for attack on Titan fans and cosplayers it’s great for the price and is made of hard foam great for my Hange cosplay highly recommend

Very flexible but the tip and lever break easily

Just received my sword in the mail and this thing looks and feels great!! Awesome piece to get for cosplay or just for fun. The sword is for my 7 year old son and he can't stop attacking the titan (AKA me). The string at the base of the hilt is kinda short and thick. It's hit me and him in the face a few times, so my advice is to cut it off flush if you plan to swing it around or glue on a thinner longer sting. The only down side was the sword was shipped in a plastic bag with a small piece of cardboard over the tip. A box would have been more ideal. Over all this is a must have for fans for the price.

My son told me a week and a half that he wanted to be a character from Attack on Titan for Halloween. I was able to put together most of the outfit, but ordered this sword some patches and a harness set from Amazon. All arrived quickly. I had never seen the Anime before, but I watched to make sure i got the costume right. The detail on the sword is much better than I expected for the price. It is flexible, but sturdy enough that I don't worry about my 10 year old using it in sword fights with Nerf swords. Just note that if you are unfamiliar with the show like me, you really need two to make a complete costume.

I used these for comic con and they were a huge hit! Great quality and I got a lot of compliments on them!
