For the price, I paid I hope this was not PBA packaging and mine was cut.

The color is brown due to no sulfur, but the TASTE is unmatched for that same reason. We'll buy more when these are consumed.

I have bought this product three times. These Turkish apricots are tasty when they are soft and ripe. The issues I had:- About 15% of the apricots were too dry and hard to chew.- There were a few apricots (about 2 or 3) that have sand or dirt on them that made it quite unpleasent when chewing.- it takes too long to have them delivered.I have one more order to be delivered soon. If I continue having the same experience as before, I will be looking for another product.

When it came time to reorder organic apricots for use in our morning oatmeal, I chose this brand because it was a dollar less a pound than my previous source. I appreciate that the organic certification label is right on the bag as opposed to some other sellers where it is only listed as organic in the contents section; however unlike the other brands I have used in the past, most of these appricots are are on the small side and many are dime size. I am midway through the five pound bag and have found only a handful of larger appricots. I realize that organic produce is often smaller, but this feels like they are buying the runts of the litter.

The product had no coconut oil on the product! Just plain dried apricotes. They were also, soft enough to eat.

These are okay. I don’t think they’re as good as the Terrasoul Superfoods brand, in fact I think these have a kind of synthetic-y , not natural after taste. I just don’t detect the apricot essence. I’m sure not everyone will interpret the flavor the same way, but that’s my opinion after trying other brands. It is a generous two lb. bag at a good price, and I’m sure I will eat them all, but I probably will not order them again.UPDATE: After eating on these most days for the last couple of weeks, I have come to realize that these are actually very good apricots. Of course like any dried fruit, some are plumper and softer, and some are smaller, drier and chewier, but overall these are great. Maybe when I wrote my first review I was expecting something else, or just had a weird aftertaste from eating something previously, but I must retract anything negative I may have said. I don’t think you can go wrong with these and I will order more!
