It works...but.
It took only a few seconds to get this bridge connected, and it works perfectly via mobile app and Alexa....BUT, I had a power surge and the bridge stopped working once power was restored and kept asking for password which of course was not recognized, I contacted the company and received a quick response on resetting the unit (unplug, wait, re-plug, and press the button) however I found those instructions to be basically useless. So I simply deleted the device from the app and reinstalled which got the device working again, But anytime I lose power or reset the breaker for any reason, I have to once again delete the bridge and reinstall, which is getting a bit frustrating because its the only smart item (1 of 45) in my house that I have consistent issues with.
