Having recently purchased a SanDisk 4TB portable SSD, I realised that I should have a carrying case to protect it and store the accompanying USB cable. I chose this case and have not been disappointed: the SSD fits in it comfortably, is retained by an elasticated strap, and is well protected by the cushioned lining. The cable fits in a pocket in the other half of the case, with a flap to prevent the connectors from coming into contact and possibly marking the finish. The case is a rigid clamshell, closed with a zip, and comes with a small carabiner for clipping to a belt loop. Perhaps slightly over-priced for what it is, but I felt the expense has been justified. Recommended.

A well made case that offers great protection and a nice slip pocket for cables. Also looks good.

It is really helpful, small, easy to use, work in MAC and good for time machine

Fits the Sandisk PRO SDD well and has a cushion within to protect from fall impact, has a separate compartment for cables, the outer shell is hard and looks sturdy, and a good quality product overall for the price.

The case seems purpose built for the hard drive and is as good as new after plenty of use - would recommend

Having scoured Amazon for the correct size case for my Sandisk Extreme Pro 2TB, I decided on this and wasn't disappointed. Great protection and the size is perfect. The elasticated strap keeps your drive secure and the mesh pocket holds both of your cables while the additional flap of material protects your drive from possible scratches from the cables too.Highly recommended.
