These are a little larger than the standard nestle' chips. I do not call these regular size, but they are not giant ones like a Hershey's Kiss...LOL. I would say they are a bit larger than normal.

The ingredient list on my package of Guittard Milk Chocolate Baking Chips is: Cane sugar, milk, cocoa butter, cacao beans, sunflower lecithin and vanilla - - so no, the package does not list palm oil
