I’ve purchased multiple pieces from UNOde50 because I genuinely like their designs. Unfortunately, the customer service experience completely undermined that. I made a recent purchase specifically because they were advertising a Valentine’s Day promotion that included a free jewelry box. That gift box was the reason I completed the order when I did. After placing the order, I was told they would not honor the promotion because I received a small discount (around $2.50), which was never clearly presented as excluding the promotional gift. That feels misleading. A $2.50 discount should not cancel out a prominently advertised Valentine’s Day gift. If exclusions apply, they should be clearly stated before checkout — not used as a reason to deny the promotion afterward. The jewelry is beautiful, but the way this was handled felt dismissive and inflexible. For a premium-priced brand, I expected much better customer care and transparency.

The bracelet was beautiful and my wife thrilled with it. The problem i had was from purchasing the bracelet on Dec 5th, there was no detailed communication to me about what the delay was in despatching the product and i was worried it was a scam.

This piece makes a statement without the wearer uttering a single word. The quality is exceptional. The locking clasp is very robust. The size is just right. This is a very beautiful piece and not cost prohibiting.
