... that it is the most reliable and has a better design. I was told once you buy it ...
I bought Twin Mira because everybody tried to convince me that it is the most reliable and has a better design. I was told once you buy it you do not have to worry about it for years. Well the unit arrives, SteamAir was not workingn, and they had to replace parts. (What happened to the high quality.) It is leaking from the bottom, because I was told the installation manual was not very clear on the need for a washer. Furthermore, the SteamAir (at all 3 settings) does not generate the right quantity of foam for a cappuccino. SteamAir is a waste of money and an inconvenience. I am not sure you can return it and have it replace with a regular one.. Last but not least, the plastic plug that they supply for cleaning the machine does not work. It does not plug the Porta filter. You have to daily remove the regular filter, plug the non-perforated one, clean, re-install the regular filter. I am sure doing it regularly is going to damage the PortaFilter, which costs well over $100 to replace the handle.
