I have been taking this about a year now it helps a lot with my pain in my joints I still have the flare ups but they are definitely not as severe and don't last as long as they used to.

I felt wonderful the first days after starting Moringa. More energy yet calm. I didn't notice it helped to suppress my appetite. No stomach upset. Then I noticed I started feeling the same old way as before taking it. Tired after lunch & needing an afternoon nap. I did have major back surgery 8 months ago. They put two rods in my back to correct scoliosis. Anyway I just decided to take it in the morning to see if that works better. I'll post an update in a few days.

I like this brand of Moringa. I have more energy and overall feel better when taking it each day. It also does not upset my stomach or cause any discomfort.

I kept seeing videos about Moringa on Facebook and how great it was for breast milk production- mine had decreased to the point where I wasn’t producing enough for my baby and only had a few bags left in the freezer. Feeling desperate, I gave this a whirl. Started taking one in the morning and one at night; it really has changed the game for me! I’m making enough and I’m starting to rebuild my freezer stash! Helped with joint pain within a couple weeks of taking once a day. Increased to 2 capsules in the mornings and 2 at night. A couple hours after taking at night I had severe itching all over. No rash just itching. So I went back to 2 capsules in the mornings. At week 3 I started with severe heartburn at night and heartburn woke me everyday. I was so happy with joint pain relief that I was willing to deal with heartburn. After finishing a bottle I ordered my second bottle. So it’s had been about six weeks into this product. I had a glass of white wine at a wedding and within an hour felt nauseous, headache and just so sick. I had about 4 glasses of water to feel better. I had never experienced that before but brushed off didn’t think it was the Moringa pills. Then again a week later I try a glass of wine after dinner. Same reaction again. But this time around the headache would not go away. Went to bed. Woken up with my usual morning heartburn and that same persistent headache. Still nauseous too. All this after 6 oz of wine after a full dinner. Okay so maybe I just never drink wine again. BUT the heartburn is killing me. I just don’t know if this is worse the sacrifice for joint pain relief. Has anyone experienced the heartburn issues? Does it go away or worsen? Did anyone have a reaction with wine or any alcohol? I’d like to hear from anyone who can relate, please.
