I ordered some cable ties. All I got was empty envelope. Why?

Do these have a "anchor" or "starter" loop? Will the strips stay with the cable when you loosen it?

They do not. They will fall off of the cable if loosened.

What is the width of these ties... 7 inches by what??? Thanks

Mine were about 3/4 of an inch wide.
