For the price, and considering the rated 1.5% accuracy for the 2.5" - pound for pound, these are tough to beat!!
First off - I paid $13.27 for this gauge in the 2.5" size, with the bottom mounted 1/4" fitting, and the rated 1.5% accuracy. I wanted to state that up front, because I am about to make a case how great a gauge this is for the price - which would all change if they raise the price significantly in the future (which happens all the time). This is still a well made, high quality gauge - and the fact I got it for a price that compares to lower quality gauges only makes it that much better! I searched in a number of places for a 30 psi / 2 bar gauge to help calibrate my new Cremina espresso machine. Most of what was for sale in this price range were "Grade B" gauges, with a 2.5% or worse accuracy promise. I then learned about the availability of "Grade A" gauges, and how they also promised better accuracy. This gauge is considered one of those "Grade A" gauges. The issue was what most were charging for Grade A gauges - I was finding prices of $25 to $50 depending on source and brand of the gauge. Even for this particular gauge here, you could pay a lot more for it if you go elsewhere. The $14 range for a gauge will typically get you Grade B, not Grade A. For example, search "Durachoice" here on Amazon, and you will see a Grade B Gauge for more than this; they are still a decent gauge, but these are better. Note that this is a stainless steel, 304 grade metal gauge - no plastic housing here. The picture here on Amazon (at lease when I bought it) makes it look like a grey painted metal. I don't know if that is just a bad picture, or an incorrect image - but rest assured this is a bright, stainless steel gauge! These gauges work well and are very well made. I would recommend them to anyone looking - especially when you compare the $14 price tag to gauges of equal or lesser quality. Thanks for reading!

These are top drawer gauges. Really well made. The last I'll probably ever need for this installation.
It seems like I'm needing to replace the pool filter gauge every year for one reason or another - rusted housing, stuck needles, moisture in the sight, inaccuracy, leaking housing, faded indications from sun exposure, and any combination of the above. So in an effort to combat this infuriating replacement regimen, This gauge (x2) was purchased. Right off the bat I've finally got matching pressure indications on both filters for the first time and I fully expect all of the other issues I mentioned above will no longer be a problem. I'm two months post-installation and everything is still perfect.

Easy to read
I bought this gauge to replace the 60lb gauge on my pool pump. The 30lb gauge makes it easier to tell when it it=s time to bump the filter. The pressure normally varies between 15 and 18lbs. When it gets to 18lbs it is time to bump. With the 60lb gauge it wes hard to judge the pressure.

Solid construction and stable readings
I think this is a bargain at $20. I bought it to replace the old, foggy 0-60 PSI gauge on my swimming pool's DE filter. Since my pressure doesn't get above 20 PSI this gauge is easier to read. Construction feels like solid quality. After putting on three turns of thread seal tape I hand tightened it into the plastic relief valve on the tank. After starting the pump I had no leaks and stable, easy to read results.

Looks and feels like rugged quality.
Ordered this for a home project where I wanted a tough easy to read instrument, arrived on time. This is a very stout gauge that seems better made than the others that I have looked at, should give me many years of service in my shop. I am very satisfied with what I see.

Really disappointed in this one
Inside fogged up with a week of being outside on our pool filter. Really disappointed in this one. It is nice to have a very detailed pressure reading to detect slight build up and knowing when to backwash but really disappointed that this fogged up on me.
