Clean, Tasteless, Effective
I’ve tried two creatine supplements and this one is superior! It mixes so well into any beverage or smoothie, and is truly tasteless. I have mixed it with just water and still cannot taste anything. Overall good value for a clean product. I have felt a difference in my workouts with no negative side effects to report. This is my second time purchasing and will continue to rebuy.

Like that this product is clean, does not have much taste, helps with brain health and energy level, I find this product mixes well into water or other drinks and does not taste gritty and the texture is smooth and does not leave an after taste. Have repurchases this and will continue.

Noticing a difference!
I have not ever been consistent with creatine until now. I use 1/2 the dosage and I am seeing great results. The first 4 or 5 days I felt a little bloated like some people say happens with creatine. I now look leaner and feel so strong. I use 1/2 scoop so 2.5 to 3 mg instead of the 5. My son says that works better for woman and he is a bodybuilder. I am not looking at the scales but have lost body fat. I also just mix it into my Fage lactose free yogurt with my collagen powder in the morning. I love my results and will continue to use this product. It’s also the correct creatine to use if you do your research. I highly recommend.

Easy on the belly - great creatine
Amazing. I'm a woman taking 10 g a day and have zero stomach issues with that dosing. I take 5 in the AM and 5 at the gym. It's a super smooth creatine. No bloat (I had bloating with another brand).1 star off for price. :)

Best creatine
I have been looking for a good creatine and I really enjoy this one. It definitely doesn’t really have a flavor but it it’s nice to add to your coffee in the morning. Doesn’t really have a smell. There are so many good health benefits to having creatine that I am excited to add it to my regimen.
