I won't be buying any more Champion products
I have had several of this style of Champion hoodie in the size I ordered, and they fit me properly and wear well. Apparently they've changed their sizing and style but have not updated the picture. This one is an extra-small across the stomach, and extra long in the sleeves. I'm trying to picture the human body that this would fit. The chest logo is subtle and color matched to the body, but then they put one of their hair-on-fire bright red white and blue Champion logos on the lower left sleeve that is always in my line of sight and I find it distracting. They did the same thing to the eco fleece sweat shirts that I used to buy. I'd send this one back since it doesn't fit and is not as pictured, but I don't have a way to print return labels right now. But this is the last time I will ever as long as I live order another Champion product. So there's 36 bucks down the tubes. Someone at our local thrift store will get one heck of a good deal.

Top Quality Hoodie at a Great Price
Just to make things clear I just got this hoodie in the mail, so I can't really talk about it's durability or how much it shrinks after drying. The quality is top notch! It's thick, the cuffs and waistline are snug and comfy, the hood fits well, and the fleece lining that's made out of recycled plastic bottles is soft and super warm. I'm 6 ft, weigh 220 lbs, and normally wear a XXL shirt, so that's the size I ordered.. At first I was a little concerned because a lot of people in reviews had said that it fits very large, but then I came across a few where people said it fit small. Now that I've tried it on it fits perfectly, so I can say that it fits as you'd expect it to. When I wash it I'll hang dry it and maybe throw it in the dryer on low for a few minutes because it could shrink a tiny bit, but overall I really like how it fits. I used to work for Santa Cruz Skateboards and their hoodies would sell for $50 in stores, mainly because of the name, but the quality was nowhere near what this Champion is. I'm thinking about getting a big iron on patch to put on the back to give it some character. I paid $27 and it was well worth the price. I might even buy another.Update: I washed the hoodie, let it hang dry until it was barely damp, and then put it in the dryer on low for about 10 minutes. It might have shrunk a tiny bit, but I stretched the arms out and it fits just about the same as before. My only minor complaint is that the zipper is a little hard to get started, but it's not that big of a deal.

XXL that fits a tall heavy guy
Really difficult finding a XXL that fits as an XXL. Most XXL's I've found in stores filt like and XL and require me to buy "their 2XLT or 3XL's - if available". Not the Champion Full-zip Eco. I'm 6'3" - 250lbs, 17 inch neck, 37 inch sleeves with a bit of a belly to zip over. These fit my frame. This is the 4th or 5th one I've purchased from amazon in the last couple years. Why so many??? Easy, these are my go-to for everything that requires warmth outside or inside. [Wife likes temps below 64F in the Winter, a MI summer is about that same temp so wear them then too! - go figure ;)] Actually.....warm, durable, roomy, high quailty, machine washable. I ony replaced if ripped, stained, beyond repair and the Wife forces me to do it. ;) XXL fits like a XXLT. FYI, bought Crimsion(Red), Black, Blue and Heather, all fit the same. Hope this helped.

Quality Has Chagned! Images No Longer Accurate!
I bought one of these hoodies in "granite heather" February, and was very impressed with the feel and quality. I decided recently to buy another in petroleum blue, and this one feels much lighter, cheaper, and less comfortable. Furthermore, the zipper and drawstrings are different colors than what is shown in the photo! As opposed to white (as they were in my first purchase) they are the same color blue as the fabric. Some might prefer this style, but I personally do not.If you are interested in the cotton/poly ratios, the first hoodie (the one I prefer) is 52/48, and the second is 80/20. I supposed if you prefer a higher cotton percentage, this might be to your liking, but I personally find it less comfortable than the 52/48 blend I purchased in February. There's a chance that this material difference is simply a result of the color difference, but I suspect not, as the color difference would explain the differing zipper and drawstrings between the product I received and the one shown in the photo.I don't think I'm going to bother returning it, because I still think it's decent for $20, but I'm probably going to be frustrated by the zipper thing every time I put it on! Be warned!

Buying Champion for more than 50 years
This is a great quality fleece jacket. No pilling. Dye doesn't run. No shrinkage. I've washed my jacket three times since I purchased and it still looks new, and fits the same. I wear a size 46 suit jacket and I purchased this sweat jacket in size XX-Large and fits very comfortably. It is a little loose but I prefer loose when running. I suppose if you like a tight fit, you could also purchase the X-Large. I have been purchasing Champion products since I was a boy (over 50 years ago!) and I have never been disappointed. This is a great, solid, product from a great American company.

Fabric quality has changed for the worse
I purchased one of these for my wife in 2014 and she wore the heck out of it. It finally became unwearable late 2018 so I surprised her with a replacement for Christmas: same product, same name, same size, same color. She's worn it, maybe, a dozen times. She showed me where it has begun to pill all along the right side. We're suspicious that in spite of the Champion name the quality of the fabric they are using in this hoodie is inferior to that used in days gone by. Just a heads up if you are a loyal Champion customer that this product may not meet your expectations.

Good quality and fit
Great looking hoodie that fits well. Shrinks and thickens up a little bit after first washing. Very comfortable and seems to be well made. It's looser in the stomach, which might be good if you have a big belly. As others have noted, there are some threads that need trimming, but the stitching appears to be solid. Elastic around the wrists and waist seems better than average and most seams are taped. One of the better hoodies. Recommended.

50% Cotton and 50% Polyester - not as advertised at 80/20
Very well made, looks good and great fit but it's advertised as 80% cotton/20% polyester. It's actually 50/50. We prefer higher cotton count so material breathes better. But, we'll let it go. Someone should fix the product listing though.

Snug but scratchy.
The style and fit are good, but the material feels stiff. Hopefully, washing it a few times will help workout that new sweatshirt smell and that artificial stiffness.

Looks nice. My husband loves it.
Very nice. I bought it for my husband who is tall, and the length is great. He loves it, and it's very nice quality. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
