I never got to try it out due to a faulty pump. The company has a no return policy but Amazon took care of it for me. I won’t be trying it again because I spent way too much time trying to get the pump to work!

I have anxiety, panic disorder and OCD. I have been using this for several months with success. It is very calming without making me drowsy. I've also noticed it seems to help some with pain. I definitely notice a difference when I run out without having a backup on hand. I don't love the taste, but it's sweet and tolerable. I think it's an aquired taste- not so bad when you're used to it. If you need take things down a notch and calm down, I highly recommend giving this a try!

I am genuinely happy that it appears to work so well for a lot of people but I was NOT one of them. I figured the possibility of anxiety relief made it worth the risk but jeez. I have pretty much all the side effects others described: nausea, increased anxiety, headache, flushing, stomach cramps, etc. Also, idk how anyone is okay with the taste. It tasted soooo nasty. I do feel sleepy also though so I guess it worked in that sense? I dunno but I will definitely not be taking this again.
