Love this!
This has been my go-to travel carry-on for the past 18 months or so. I can’t say enough good things about it. The color is exactly as it appears. The pockets are useful. It cleans up nicely between trips. Good value, great carry-on!

Great flight vacation luggage
Bought this set first , needed to max our space and this set is the current max size for a carry on and a check bag. The set worked so well we bought another! Easy roll and stear , handle on side and top. I recommend the luggage connector strap to hold your personal item to the top of your carry on, it is very nice for after you check the big bag, you can strap your personal item to the carry on for easy maneuvering thru the airport

Good piece of Luggage.
Ordered this for an Alaska Trip with quite a bit of luggage handling. American Air two flight out to Vancouver. Princess Ship loading and removal. Transfer to Denali Lodge. Then another transfer to Fairbanks Lodge. Final flight home had two leg on Alaska Air. Final unloading was done in the rain. The exterior was wet but everything inside was still nice and dry when I got home. Wheeled around smoothly when I need to move it. No overage changers on either airline. The green color made it easy to find on the luggage caracal. At the end of all this the bag looks as good as it did when I started.

Great suitcase except for the zippers
I bought this suitcase just over 3 years ago, in July 2023. I have taken this suitcase on a few international trips and some family trips. My favorite thing about it by far is how light it is. My husband and I can share it for a long weekend trip. The wheels and the pull up handle have not had any issues. Inside, there is a back net pocket and a smaller side pocket, presumably for lotion, shampoo, etc. I love pockets! Maybe after 3 years I shouldn't expect more. The outside looks very worn and the zipper pulls for the main suitcase have fallen off. I put little hooks on it to continue using it but it's really annoying to zip up this suitcase now. Since it's an affordable suitcase, I will consider it a win, but I wish it held up a little better.

Excellent suitcase
My husband and I recently went on a 9 day trip to Europe. We bought two of these suitcases to carry our stuff. They were able to hold all of our clothes, our toiletry bags, shoes and everything else. They were also able to hold a lot of the miscellaneous things we bought on our trip as well. We were VERY happy with the amount of stuff they could hold. Build quality wise, they feel like a standard suitcase. Nothing really to write home about, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I'd rather they feel normal than feel cheap. Weight wise they're as expected for a large suitcase.

VERY Disappointed!
EDIT: So we've owned two of these suitcases for ~2 years and made a very modest number of vacation trips (maybe 5 or 6). At this point, both SwissGear suitcases are falling apart. The wheels are degrading and they do not roll smoothly. The cheap handles are bent/distorted such that we have to "fight with them" every time we attempt to extend or retract. On our most recent trip, the cheap wire "frame" that forms the perimeter of one bag was so badly bent, I couldn't even operate the main zipper. It took me 15 minutes to "re-shape" the wire frame such that the zipper would move past the damaged areas. (Once I finally got the main flap open, the wire was easier to grasp and "bend back into shape.") This kind of poor quality, at this price, is unacceptable. I have given up on SwissGear, reduced my rating to ONE star, and we are shopping for new suitcases. I am disappointed in the durability of this suitcase. I own a SwissGear backpack which has been used "heavily," every day, for at least 10 years and it has been wonderful. So when it came time for my wife and I to purchase new suitcases, we didn't hesitate to purchase TWO of these 29-inch bags. Unfortunately, one bag was torn on the very first trip; and on the second trip, a main compartment zipper-pull was completely torn off (missing). Admittedly, these damages may have been caused by overly aggressive airport baggage handlers, but I think an equal portion of the blame goes back to SwissGear for poor manufacturing quality. I am also disappointed by the maneuverability of the suitcase wheels. These are not heavy-duty roller blade wheels; they are a lesser grade (cheap) plastic and they do not allow the bag to "cruise smoothly" on flat, even, surfaces. I will say that the bag has some nice storage features and holds a lot of travel clothing, etc., but as both bags have suffered damage after minimal use, we are disappointed in the overall quality and I cannot recommend this product to potential buyers.

Great quality, great price!
This luggage worked perfectly. Smooth to pull, not too heavy not too thin either. Plenty of room inside. With SW charging for luggage now, I needed a suitcase that I could max out with out going over the weight limit. I traveled for 1 week and this one suitcase was plenty large enough. Easy to use as well and the handles worked great. Feels very sturdy.

Amplia y de buena calidad.
Para su tamaño de 29 pulgadas me parecío una maleta liviana, facil de transportar y con el espacio suficiente. El color aprecía mejor en persona, es un gris verdoso muy elegante.
