Romanian Brand Sibiu Salami, Dry Aged Pork Sausage 1.9 lb

This is the real deal “Salam de Sibiu”, it has the smell, texture and taste I remember from years back. It really is the original thing and anyone that has grown up on it will be thrilled. I know I may have to buy a lot more :-). Enjoy!

It was fine but tastes nothing like actual Sibiu salami. Hungarian Pick salami is far better and much closer in similarity.

Not 100% Sibiu quality - Not dry enough, as expected.

Great Salami . I typically like Columbus or Gallo but I can't get them here, so this was a pleasant surprise

This is not Sibiu Salami. The texture is wrong, it is far too moist, the taste is not the same either. It isn't bad but it isn't Sibiu or anything even close. This is more like a summer salami. This is false advertising.
