I had been trying to find a protein bar to put in my eight-year-old granddaughter’s lunch to supplement it with some quality protein and vitamins for quite some time. The protein and food bars we tried either tasted lousy and/or had a low protein to caloric content. We didn’t find anything that was suitable until I bought these. This was the only protein bar we tried that tasted great and had a decent balance of vitamins and calories. I cut it in half and put in her lunch now…15 grams of protein and 200 calories.The accompanying picture chart is information from WebMD, a well-respected source of medical information, “Estimated amounts of calories needed to maintain energy balance for various gender and age groups at three different levels of physical activity. This is the only brand of protein bar that I can stomach eating. They taste great and are super filling. They are in fact a MEAL REPLACEMENT BAR so its perfect for those days I don't have time for breakfast or lunch. So yeah; this has protein, it has carbs and it has sugar. Maybe not great if you're dieting but for me this is the only brand I'll ever go to for my protien bars.Also, the CRISPY APPLE IS AMAZING! It is rather sweet though so if you don't have a sweet tooth you should pick one of MET-Rx's fantastic flavors.

This is my favorite protein bar for snacks when we are out and need to have food. Sometimes you just can't make a meal at home, especially when working clearing land to build a home on. So, this one offers 30 grams of protein and tastes great! Definitely going to keep them on hand for times like this.

I have had a really hard time finding a protein bar I actually enjoy. These are so delicious, reminds me of apple crumble! These are very high calorie for a protein bar so I do use them as a meal replacement (which they are).My first order only came with one package of 4, so I contacted customer service and the my overnighted another order. This order contained two boxes, so I got the first box at no cost and they did not ask me to return it! Great customer service!

I keep these around as meal replacement bars for when I'm working on the road and can't leave a customer site to eat a full meal. I also keep them in my carry on baggage in case I have to catch an early morning flight and don't have time to eat breakfast. This bar starts to look like a turkey dinner when your only alternative is a package of airline ginger cookies, believe me.The typical chocolate/peanut butter bars you find most places tend to get old after a while, so it's nice to have the variety. A bar and a cup of coffee beats eating whatever you find in a vending machine, and I sometimes even prefer it to typical fast food options, especially late at night.These bars heavy on the simple carbs and light on the dietary fiber. Not something I would want to use as a regular meal replacement, but they're a decent option when I need something more substantial than a snack but quicker than a full meal. The amount of protein is good, and the taste is OK, especially with some coffee to wash it down. Overall I'm glad I found them, as they've tided me over more than once during long work stretches.

My daughter has ARFID-Avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder. Her intake of food is very small so I am constantly trying to find highly nutritive foods that she will eat. The MET-Rx 100 Colossal bars are perfect for her. She can only eat half of the bar at a time but that is still 15+ grams of protein plus the vitamins & minerals. The calories vary but usually around 400. These are exactly what they say they are MEAL REPLACEMENT BARS. Her favorite is the vanilla caramel churro and crispy apple pie. I would recommend this to anyone needing a grab and go.

These bars are the best! Are they healthy? No haha. They are filled with sugar but taste damn amazing. They have a nice macro breakdown 10-14G fat, around 45g Carbs and roughly 30g Protein with around 400 calories. That’s a solid hunger buster right there and I’ll say it again they taste amazing. Well not all but most. The vanilla caramel churro will be your best friend , the super cookie crunch and PB pretzel flavors will come around the corner as favorites too. Get these bars to crush hunger and get a nice dose of protein for around 2 dollars instead of buying some BS meal which will have nothing on these and probably less protein more carbs and sugar.

I'm a big fan on Met-Rx I buy there supplements alsoi think they strive for great quality imo and many others cause they are popular 😉I use about 4 different kind of bars on the daily I mix between a few flavors I usually stick to vanilla and the apple bars..They fill me up for hours unlike cliff or kind or basically candy bars imo they are worthless they don't fill you up don't give you energy for training or work..The best out there buy some and put them up against any other bar I bet you'll never buy those brands again..these are the best!!On a side note the prices do change so be careful if they keep rising idk what I'll do I gotta eat so I'll buy but not as much..the seller is top notch getting the product on time every time!! Ty and buy some!
