Q: What size of head does the small fit?

I would check a size chart to be sure, but a small fits my 7 year old daughter. My 9 year old can wear it too, but medium allows for growth with the extra padding. The dial adjuster helps, as does the flip fold padding.

Q: Is the visor removable?

Mine is two years old; if it's still made the same, then no, the visor is not removable.

Q: Is there an adjustable dial in the back or no?

Yes, but it’s not a great helmet Kask makes a sturdier safer one
