I've been suffering from night sweats for the better part of a year, but living in AZ made it easy to write off as simply hot weather. These have always worked well for me...that is until I was told I was in perimenopause. Now I think I need the meno formula 😭 I would say it's good value for money if you want to treat without hormonal therapies. It never helped my weight loss.

I really wanted this to be my miracle pill as I get a lot of side effects from birth control, can’t up my Lexapro because it makes me too sleepy, but need help with my PMDD. My dr recommended this and said to take it for two months for full effects. I started taking it a month ago - this is the first week in like two years that I haven’t woken up at 2 am, feeling like I was going to melt bc I was so hot. I took the tablet in some weeks know but I didn’t see results, I maybe should take it 2-3 months and see if it gives me any better results.
