Best of the Best
These are the same quality as I have worn for over 30 years. From the first pair of flats to these with very pronounced arches. The arches are very firm even though they are soft and comfortable. I have very low arches and my feet would get sore or achy/tired if I didn't wear these. I have them for all of my shoes but if you need to swap out that is fairly simple as they don't curl up too bad when inserting. They seem to last forever as the flats I started with were still good several years later before I discovered the high arches. The ones I have now,I just keep swapping into the new pairs of shoes.

Great product, fantastic value
I have medium-high arches and enjoy extra cushioning in my shoes to prevent foot soreness. So I entered the world of insole supplements, of which there are many. This was one of the first I ever tried and I still use them frequently. I enjoy the fact that these are simply an arch cushion, no more and no less. This insole keeps my heel level and does not crowd my foot in the shoe, yet fills up that space between my arch and the bottom of the shoe which appears to be so critical for overall comfort. It also adds a lot of cushioning for a fairly thin insole. As a result I can walk or stand more comfortably than without them. I find that these fit perfectly in my dress shoes, which is very helpful since I am on my feet a lot at work. Honestly at this point I would not wear dress shoes without them. They also last for years and years. I am still wearing pairs of these that have to be at least 5 years old and they are holding up just fine. Although I do usually wear the thicker Spenco products (walker-runner and proform) in my athletic shoes for the added cushioning, for every other shoe I use these. A great value for a fantastic product which makes me more comfortable during every day use.

Work well for me
I have feet damaged by RA. I cut these to fit my slightly oversized shoes and use them including the insoles that come with my New Balance. It gives me the right amount of arch support and toe box room to keep my feet stable and pain free. I've tried overs but these have been the best. Wish I could buy reduced cost in bulk.

I've been buying Spenco stuff for years...and needed to.
I've worked a few jobs that were absolute killers on your feet...like my present job. These cushions were always helpful in getting some extra support...and of course, the extra cushion was welcome also. One thing that people may never try with these though is to take a look and see where the arch is, in relation to where it is on your foot. In other words, make sure the arch is positioned where it needs to be to get the best support. Put them next to your bare foot, so the arches match up, and notice if this makes the insert further forward or backward from where it would be in the shoes. You may need to trim the inserts a bit, in order for them to position properly in the shoes. Sharp scissors work best on the neoprene. This does make a difference, because everyone's feet are shaped differently. I have a long arch and out of the box, the arch is too far back, leaving the forepart of my arch unsupported. I trim the sides and front just enough to let these slide a little further forward. These are a good product...just need a little fine tuning.

I can't believe how well these worked!
I have plantar fascitis and a bad heel spur, caused from years of retail management with long shifts on my feet, too much excess weight, and a problem with over pronation. I saw these inserts were recommended for my problems on a site I visited, and the price was right, so I thought why not? When I opened the package, I really thought I had wasted my money. They are so thin and not rigid or molded or padded anything like the other orthotics I've worn in the past. They seemed like more of just a thin insole and not even very cushioned. I didn't expect much, but I wore them today in a pair of dressier shoes that I hadn't been able to wear with orthotics before. (With a backup pair of shoes to change into at lunch, because I was so sure my feet would be killing me by then.) I am so amazed that it is now the end of the day and I'm writing this review at 11pm, after a 10 hr shift on my feet, and my feet don't even HURT. I keep wiggling and stretching them because I'm amazed at how they feel. I haven't come home from work without limping in so long. How in the world did this thin insole manage to help so much? The only thing I can think of is that the placement of the padding seems to be further back on the foot than usual, so I think it causes the foot to roll outwards and fixes the alignment problem. I have special shoes I've bought that I paid $200 for that don't perform as well. I'm not even going to question it. They just work. For this price, I will be ordering more for all my other shoes!

Good support
These work great! I wore them in Vegas and my feet never got tired. They do have an arch so it helps for flat foot but if you shoe already has an arch you'll need to just wear these.

Podiatrist recommended!
The best brand of insoles! My podiatrist actually told me to get these specifically. They definitely help during a 12 hour shift standing on concrete!

Overpriced
I’ve bought several pairs of Spenco inserts in the past. These are the latest. They seem to be made of much lower quality. Still help with my high arches and planter’s, however, I doubt they will last more than one year before needing to be replaced. At this price point I consider them to be over priced.
