It took me a while to figure out how to use it, but now that I know it holds my hair in place and it's easy to get out when I want it to come out. It's also rather pretty!

The media could not be loaded.  This is my 5th style from Camila Paris and every one is overpriced. But this one takes the cake!Look at the CHEAP ends! Demonstrating that low quality manufacturing still happens - in France. The ends of this barrette/clip are so sharp with thin edges you literally can break skin if you press hard enough. Doubtful you will, but definitely it hurts to handle them if you touch or hold the ends.They’re making bank on their products. $13 for this cheapness!? Sad. Angry-making.Why do I bother? I’ve recently gone gray and I still have a very full head of thick, long hair. My go-to is putting it up in similar kids of barrettes - usually the affordable, common ones at drugstore and big box stores, 3 for $9. But they’re all dark brown or black. Hands down, gray or silver barrettes and clips look best in gray/silver/white hair, unless you’re matching an outfit. Shockingly that’s hard to find — anywhere!!Anyone wanting to make money in hair products? Start making affordable ones for gray/silver/white hair!Camila Paris, shame on you for charging such high prices for what is clearly a very inexpensive thing to manufacture - visually poor quality. I’d be embarrassed if my peers and colleagues saw the ends of these barrettes on my head.

No breakage on my fine, thing hair. Holds without falling out or pulling due two weight. I have purchased these twice.

These were exactly what I was looking for! They fit low to the head and are snug when I only pull part of my hair back. Other barrettes sit up and you can see them from the front, and they slide down. I have a lot of hair - it’s think and wavy - and I like to pull the front part of it off of my face. These are perfect.

A little smaller than I thought and not pink, but the color looks ok with my hair color (fawn and silver) and holds the short ends tightly near the top. Not large enough to hold the whole "ponytail".

Very pretty barrette but it's not strong enough to hold my hair in a basic knot on the back of my head. The clasp just pops open with that much hair. My hair is average thickness and I like to pull it up in a twist to get it out of my eyes. It can't close over the hair. But it's very pretty and works as a decorative barrette.
