Unless you work outside and have the perfect ideal diet you need this. Americans in particular are very low on Vit D on average due to our long working hours and poor diets. We need vitamin D for so many processed within our body like immune function!

We have been taking this product for several years, and are more dedicated to it during Covid. These golden pearls are easy to swallow, and seem to help keep us healthy. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the bottle is only 1/3 full, even with the 120 count. Nordic Naturals needs to be more conscientious with plastics.
