delicious! I mix 3 envelopes with a pound of chicken, box of pasta and bag of frozen Asian vegetables then sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Better than my local Thai restaurant

easy to use and rivals some of the better Panang I have had.

Doesn’t taste like Panang curry. Looking for the kind that tastes like restaurant panang curry and this is not it. Doesn’t taste bad, nice flavor, just not the flavor I’m looking for.

This stuff is so good, especially if you have your own fresh Thai Basil and citrus lime basil.

I have enjoyed many varieties of curry. This curry does not have the American flavor curry at all. It is mildly hot- more like you just adding black pepper to a dish. But the flavor is addictive. I used a 12oz can of thick congealed coconut milk I get at an oriental store. So I added a ½ cup of water. For vegetables I used chopped bell pepper, onion, dried mushrooms, and celery. I also like to use straw mushrooms and bamboo in place of the last 2 items.I prefer to wok the vegetables individually. Set aside and keep them warm. Heat precooked cubed meat (chicken,beef, pork, shrimp), add the Lobo, coconut, and water. When it simmers, add back the vegetables. As good as anything in a restaurant for maybe $6-8 and feeds 4-6 when put over rice.
