I’ve done some research & decided to add this to my daily regimen (to correct my health issues). I am on day 4 & I feel a difference! I have more energy, I’m thinking clearer & I feel happier. I will repurchase over and over again. The taste is not bad at all. Very mild fish flavor & lemon. A tsp a day is worth all of the benefits! If you are chronically Vit D deficient- Just buy it!

As a child I was always given cod-liver oil, the only supplement along with the herbs that we used in the Islands. As an adult I have taken it on and off but will be consistent going forward. I have taken both liquid and capsules in the past, but the liquid provides a higher amount of the omegas in just one tea spoon. It is very smooth to consume and with no after taste. It is also good for regularity, I take first thing in the morning along a cup of herbal tea and fruits. I had hurt my right knee at the gym and lately I have experienced no pain. I also consume Boswellia. If you are looking for a quality cod liver oil this is my favorite.

Does what it's supposed to. Amazing health benefits. I've been taking a teaspoon everyday at dinner. Cod liver oil has vitamin A to help with eye health. It has vitamin D that Improves sleep cycle, and helps me go to sleep. It has vitamin E that Improves the health of hair, skin, & nails. It's High omega-3 content reduces inflammation by balancing Omega-3 and omega-6 ratios which helps with arthritis, and reduced the symptoms of my carpal tunnel. The taste wasn't bad either but I will say I didn't like adding it into meals. This is one of the best dietary supplements that I have found. I'll be keeping this in my daily regimen.

Product is great but the screw top does not seal properly. Last two I bought came with same problem. I see this problem noted over a year ago in reviews. Manufacturer should correct this.

This is a very fresh, non-stinky fish oil. The best fish oil I've found. It's dressed up with a lemon flavor, but the quality of this oil is so good that I wouldn't even need the lemon flavor. I use it to try to maintain a better omega 3/ omega 6 fatty acid ratio. REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING! I certainly do have noticeably better ability to get through stressful days when I take this stuff. , and it definitely isn't mere placebo effect. It isn't an over processed fish oil. Those are a waste of money. I think it does have a synthetic vitamin A added to it, therefore I won't take as much of it as I'd like. I take close to recommended dose . Too much synthetic vitamin A supposedly can be harmful. Wish they sold it without synthetic A. Then I would buy twice as much of this excellent fish oil.This is my chosen brand.

Cod liver oil is an old tradition in my family. My mother and her 8 siblings had to take a spoon full every day. No mental health problems in any of the children! I use to think it didn’t matter and any omega supplement was the same. It is not. I have both Nordic cod liver oil and liquid omega. Both lemon flavor. This one is so much easier to take and way less fishy. A bit more expensive than the other, but the ease of taking it will make me buy this again.
