I have known about Sominex for years, and I don't believe when companies say that all Benadryl is the same. This formula used by Sominex works better than all others combined: Unisom doesn't compare; Rite Aid doesn't compare; Equate doesn't compare. It is important to trust this manufacturer, because if you want to sleep through the night for sure you will find that Sominex' processes are doing something extra. All IMHO of course.
