Why are these pants not water proof at the crotch ?

These pants are water resistant, they do have a hold out limit. However, if you seam is leaking, they do have a one year warranty. Please contact Frogg Toggs warranty and return department so we may assist you!

They work

I work as a motorcycle instructor and these frog trousers are the real deal! Way better than conventional storm trousers. I have also worked them on over my boots several times because I'm stupid and so far they haven't ripped.
