Love this for my sushi bakes and bowls!
I am writing this review after I’ve finished the whole bottle. I have made many sushi bakes and sushi bowls with this. It adds a nice seaweed flavor and a little crunchy texture. It has lasted me over a year! I love this stuff. It’s great!

Perfect Balance of Salty, Crunchy, and Subtle Sweet
I started buying this Nori Fume Furikake to perk up everyday foods, and it has become one of my go‑to seasonings. It gives just the right mix of a little salt, a little crunch, and a very subtle hint of sweetness at the end—just enough to balance the flavors. I put it on everything: salads, canned chickpeas, cottage cheese, you name it. It turns otherwise plain, straight‑from‑the‑fridge or straight‑from‑the‑cabinet foods into something much more interesting. I’d love to say I’m sprinkling it over homemade sushi or a perfectly seared crying tiger steak, but the truth is I’m using it on regular everyday meals. Still, for a moment, it makes those meals taste like something special.

Good topping for soup
I had never heard of Furikake until I found a recipe for potsticker soup, and the author suggested this as a topping for it, along with a killer chili crisp that I found elsewhere. It's technically a rice seasoning but it works well with other dishes too. I've found myself saying "furikake" at random times. I think I'm losing it, kids! Anyway, get yourself a jar of this then find a recipe for potsticker soup or vice versa. You'll thank me.

Good but expensive if not on sale
Nice flavor, tastes great. Unfortunately at $7.74 is more expensive than getting it from Safeway and don’t have to wait for delivery.

Exactly what is described is what you get. A tad bit fishy tasting
Packaged perfectly. Taste is good as i love sesame seeds but it does taste a bit too fishy for my liking. I purchased to use as a sprinkle on my sushi rolls as a substitute for the nori seaweed because its just too fishy ..again. but ill try it again and now that I expect that bit of seaweed taste ,hopefully it'll be great ! Great concept 👌
