A great value. Just take it with a fat or food and it's just as good as a liposomal vitamin C. Ascorbic acid is still the best form of C. If you need a lot, just take it throughout the day.

Great price and it works!
This vitamin C is a great price and has helped tremendously in warding off the cold. Before I started taking one tablet a day, I used to catch EVERY cold my toddler brought home from daycare and I would be sick for 2 weeks straight with a sore throat, cough and congestion. When my toddler caught his last cold and I felt I was coming down with it as well, I upped my dosage to two tablets per day and I was amazed that I barely caught anything! My husband and i will continue taking this, especially during the flu season that's coming. This vitamin is so inexpensive and easy on the stomach, it's worth a try to see if it will keep the illnesses away.

Great
This is such a wonderful addition to my vitamins. I work with kids so colds are constant. This helps defend against all those colds I am surrounded by. Antioxidant and helps the body fight infections and allergens and may also aid in fighting off cancer.
