Country Life Max for Vegans Multivitamin, 120 Capsules

My husband had run out of his vitamins so I bought him Country Life Max for Vegans and upon taking them he felt an immediate difference. He experienced a greater energy level , no problems with stomach upset and the size of the capsules weren't too big for him.

These look like quality supplements. They did not smell that bad, and the taste was typical of most vitamins I have taken in the past. People complained of hives and headaches which is very possible if you are sensitive to thiamine or niacin. I would suggest maybe not taking the full dose right away if you are unsure and maybe build up to it. Taking them after dinner or before bed would probably help with any of the side effects as well. I didn't have an issue but looking at the dosage I could see it may be a problem for some especially if you eat meat or a lot of dairy. As far as the bottle, I love the fact that it's glass. The trick to opening it is to push down slightly the whole time you unscrew it.

super expensive, but i feel like i have way more energy after i take this i guess due to the high vitamin b added in here. and plus it has i would say majority of all the essential vitamins that we need everyday.

They smell strong but they did what I needed, made me feel better in general. I also know Country Life is a reputable brand. Will be re-ordering.

I've been a vegan since 1983, and I have tried several vegan multivitamins on the market, but this one is the best! It's easy to swallow for me, and in case anyone is wondering: The amino acid, Taurine, found in Max for Vegans, can be made synthetically, so from a non-animal source. I LOVE the packaging. AMBER GLASS is the best way to package a vitamin. Very easy to recycle, plus you can see the size of the vitamin!

I was looking for something to boost my B12 levels after starting to eat vegan again. I can only go about two weeks of vegan eating before feeling very tired even with a decent daily "normal" multi-vitamin. These seem to do the trick. I usually only take two capsules per day with meals rather than the four recommended.

These vitamins are a great value for the price for people looking for a vegetarian/vegan option. I have felt nausea with some vitamins before, and these don't do that. However I do take them with food, so keep that in mind. Since I work 12-hour night shifts and have done so for 11 years, I often feel tired and "blah". When I take these vitamins consistently, I feel more alert and focused. For reference I am aged 40 and have ADHD. Do some research like I did and see if this formula might help your symptoms too! But!!! The lid is AWFUL! I had to cut off the dark plastic covering on the lid and cut a hole in the inner part just to use my vitamins! To keep them fresh I put the whole jar in a clean empty screw-top jar I have. Removed 2 stars for that alone.

Loved that the product was vegan down side having to take four capsules every day
