Vulken Tricep Rope Cable Attachment. 28.7 Inch & 22 Inch Two Lengths Built in One Pull Down Rope

This might be my favorite cable attachment of all. It's really well made, it's extremely versatile with the dual-length handles, and it's great for a variety of exercises. It's especially awesome for overhead tricep pushdowns (way more stretch than you can get with a standard rope attachment), and face pulls (can get hands out wide and back deep using longer handles). Easily the best cable attachment purchase I've made on Amazon. Great quality.

This is a good implement to have in your gym bag. Most gyms have different type of handles and the infamous rope. 9 times out of 10 the ropes are frayed or in use and the various handles grow feet and end up missing. I like this strap with handles over the rope because of its versatility, it has two positions to access and the tricep rope does not. Also the grip is slightly padded making it durable and comfortable to use.

This attachment is so much better than the hard form handles. It's not even funny. Get it, you will not regret it. I use this for so many different exercises now. I can't believe that I haven't had one up until now. Excellent quality and durable seems top notch!

I bought this to use with my Tonal. I thought I'd mostly use it for things like triceps pushdowns, cable crunches, facepulls--- pretty much anything you might use a standard triceps rope for--- and it's great for those. Super comfortable in the hand and very adjustable using the different tiers...but, I loved it so much, I ended up buying a second one, so I could do more neutral grip type moves that can be difficult with the Tonal handles (hammer curls, neutral grip front raises, etc). Super happy with this purchase!

I love this Vulcan Tricep rope house with full range of motion while working out your triceps also good for face pulls great for lat. Workouts quality is great not bad for $20. Bill quality is fantastic double stitching.

Very comfortable and strong

Absolutely love these. I attach them around my elbows when I do any kind of rowing motion to take the biceps out of the movement. It really seems to target the back so much better

Todo excelente, llego en buen estado, ya se probó y en lo particular me genera menos molestias el realizar ciertos ejercicios para el tricep. Se percibe y siente ser de materiales resistentes.

Great for the first 2 weeks, does what I wanted it to do. Then splits into two, now useless and not mendable.

It's now a mainstay in my workouts

I was tired of tracking down 2 ropes in the gym to combine them to make a large rope. Or just waiting for a rope to become available, wasting time waiting as people use it. Now I just throw it in my gym bag (it’s extremely light) and set it up in 2 seconds. No more lining up the ropes, having them rub oddly against eachother. It’s just easier and the rope is longer and more comfortable because you can just slide your hand through without having to hold the odd shapes stoppers in your hands. Knowing what I know now I’d pay $60 for it. I got the longest version and my brother also loves it so much that he bought his own. I use mine for wide overhead extensions and boy it hits them nice 🤌.

Perfect attachment for everything, I use this item post bicep surgery to work all pull movements without activating my forearm and bicep by having it pull from the elbow. 10/10
