What is the percentage of sodium laureth sulfate in Aquanil?

I do not know the answer to your question, but I have used Aquanil as my only facial cleanser for 30 years, after it was recommended to me by my dermatologist. I swear by it.

Does this clean your face if you wet your face first? Or is supposed to be applied when face is dry?

Dry works, but I like wet better. If I have on make up, I have to wash my face twice to get it all off.
