Kid Made Modern DIY Comic Book for Kids Ages 6 and up

My third-grade grandson loved it. Very good product and good value. Lots of good ideas, easy to follow.

My 7 year old son LOVES this kit! He literally hugged the comic books when he opened the kit! Before buying this kit I looked though most of the comic blank DIY books that were available but loved that this kit came with stamps, stencils, markers and completely blank books! The front and back of both books are blank. The pages are super thick like card stock paper and each page has different version of squares for comic art! I was missing a marker from the kit but after contacting the company they were quick to fix the problem! Great company! Great product! Recommend for anyone who wants to create their own comics!

My kid loves this little comic book kit. It comes with 2 black comic books that has thick almost cardboard like paper. It’s very sturdy. It has what you need to start a little comic book. My 7 year old has been writing and drawing in it and loves it. It gets his creative juices flowing. Great purchase!

This kit is awesome. My kids loved it. I only gave it 4 stars because the ink pads leaked everywhere when we first opened the package. Literally everywhere. It was a mess. My hands were stained trying to clean everything up. That being said though I would buy it again, it has everything you can think of to make a cool classic style comic book and my kids really enjoyed it.

Great gift or Just for kids who Love creating comics/stories/drawing. Gave it to My 9yr old as apart of his Xmas gift. It was a hit, that it actually took him off his electronics to do and actually want to stop to do this. This lets them use there creativity and imagination, away from being a zombie from games to excercise his mind...

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 7 year old Nephew. The box came right away and had everything it said it would in the description. I was very pleased with how it was packed, no ink was spilled out like some of the other reviews. Everything came individually wrapped. I think this gift will be perfect for my Nephew to use his imagination.

Kind of upset that in shipping one of the ink bottles leaked all over. I would think that since it was being shipped and not bought in store that they would be sealed and not just put in paper bags. Also, everything was set in the box a little haphazardly and the stencils were bent. Not a huge deal, but I would think that they would at least be placed between notebooks to keep them flat and nice. Overall the set is really nice. Actual decent sized wooden stamps, notebooks set up as comics already. But the packaging could've been better.

love love love this set! All around a great product! Package is very cool plus also serves as a longterm container to keep the kit together. There are several items included, all of which were in working condition. This is the second item I have purchased from this brand and I have been really impressed with both items. Comparable to Melissa and Doug products.

Really happy with this - my 7 yo loves comics and was excited to make her own. She loves the stamps especially. I am unsure if this version with full-your-own ink pads is better than the version with prefilled pads: you can make your custom colour pad and less risk of the pads drying out before delivery, but perhaps messier. I made a bit of a mess as one of our bottles leaked a small amount, and then I made a bigger mess as the ink tends to run off the pad rather than absorbing immediately! I recommend filling the pads over a tray or a sink. You could also use other ink pads and the stamps are really nice. Overall good fun.
