US Energy Products (3MM) Reflective Foam Insulation Shield, Heat Shield, Thermal Insulation Shield Radiant Barrier (16" x 10ft)

Applied the reflective 3 mm insulation to the plywood board/door with liquid nails. The application worked very well. This is something I made that fits in/under a double hung window that I can put in and take out depending on the weather. The cats can go in and out whenever they want. The US Energy Insulation will reflect the heat in the summer. Great product, easy to cut to fit one’s application. Great customer service, would order again.

Easy to cut and install in Van , Original insulation was Fiberglass and did not work , Laid Down Sound Barriers , then This Heat Shield, Cold out warm inside good Sounds inside Bad Sound Out !! Stays cooler inside in Summertime with less air conditioning

Seems to be working well to keep dishwasher heat/moisture from damaging laminate counters. In a previous rental, I saw how the heat/moisture from a dishwasher caused the adhesive from laminate countertop to warp and separate. The home I recently purchased also had laminate counters but until I have the budget for replacing, I decide to insulate the dishwasher, making sure the insulation extended out to the edge of the counters edge. This way steam that may seep from the door will be deflected. It's been 6 months and seems to be working so far.

Excellent product. I used this to cover the windows of my 5th wheel camper for extra insulation during the winter. I also pulled my carpet up and put this stuff down to see if that would make a difference as well. The amount I have to run my heater has been cut by about 1/5. Considering buying more to wrap my whole camper, but don't want it to look like a spaceship or methlab inside. Lmao

Purchased this to line an outdoor cat house. Application to inner walls a breeze. Outdoor roaming cat has happily made this her/his home. Cat is skittish and has not let us near to get medically checked. Very happy to see the cat is utilizing this for warmth and safety. Will have to watch its cooling effect in the warmer weather. Thanks for a great easy solution.

We tried this out for our garage. We have a fairly large garage and live in the midwest. It gets pretty cold here in February, and hot in July/August but temps are up and down throughout the year. The materials is significantly thinner than what you'd find in the insulation specifically for garage doors (Amazon's best seller option). We bought Gorilla Glue spray as the adhesive and got about 1/2, maybe slightly more of 1 garage door per roll. But even if I had doubled these up and done 2 rolls on top of each other, they still would have been thinner than the alternative version. And when I replaced them (within weeks) with the other garage insulation, I still feel like there is significant opportunity to improve the temps in our garage. I would recommend the other option, and then plan on mild to medium improvement in temp control in your garage from those.

Mike, I never do this but I'll rate your product. FANTASTIC. I have a back up fridge I don't open much. The metal is always cold to the touch, indicating the factory insulation is not so great. After insulating it with your material, it is now room temp to the touch, as it should be. Therefore compressor runs less, uses less electricity, AND, will probably now last longer than it would have. So great stuff.
