I've been using my Tactical Pro water bottle for about a week now, and I've been pleased with its performance. I tested it repeatedly for leaking when lying on its side and when holding it upside-down, and the two cap seals are tight and permit no leaking. Water stays cold -- I drink a lot of water and refill often, so I'd estimate I've had water in the bottle for only a few hours before refilling, so I can't comment on the water staying cold beyond that. The outer powder-paint surface gives you a non-slip surface to grip. I paid more for this water bottle because I wanted to buy American, and I appreciated that the company gives back some of its proceeds for soldiers suffering from PTSD. I have a long-time acquaintance (former Marine) still burdened this way, and knowing this company gives what support it can was part of what convinced me to make this purchase.

This is a great water bottle! It was a gift for my husband and he is happy with it. Would have preferred the black, gray, or green color but those were out of stock. The spout lid is easy to drink from and clean.

The media could not be loaded. I wasn't sure how I would like this. I ordered what I thought was silver, but it was white (my fault) and I thought it would scratch easily but it didn't. Also, the piece that hangs from the lid to carry it, I had a feeling would break easily but it hasn't. So, I would give this a 5-star rating, but it started leaking frequently. Unlike the previous brand I used to purchase, I can't see the reason for the leaking unless it is just a flaw in all the thermoses, or I got a lemon. It is a huge problem for me since I keep my bottle in my purse and it keeps leaking on everything. I tried to contact the seller twice on Amazon and once on their website and they never responded so I have to give it a one star.Update: the seller got back to me after a while and said they were shipping me a new one quickly so I would have it before Christmas. Haven't seen it and seller hasn't been answering in the message center. Will change review if this changessecond update: The seller originally told me they were sending me a new thermos by Christmas since mine was leaking. This was in November or early December I would say. I never received it. I tried to contact them in January and they didn't answer back until after I already got my money refunded from amazon. I told them I already got my money back since they never responded. They felt bad and apologized for dropping the ball and sent me a new thermos along with a free container of collagen. I am changing the amount of stars to 4 for what the seller did to fix the issue. I haven't had a chance to see if this one leaks yet but because they resolved the issue, I changed it to a 4. If the thermos doesn't leak, I will probably buy another one since these are made in the USA because I really like the previous one a lot except for the leaking and but was a deal breaker since I keep it in my purse. So, I am glad I have another chance to try it out.
