Total crap product. I had been taking this for a week and felt no effects. I even got a cold the second week I was taking it. The first order never even showed up. Total scam.

Although these are capsules they are easy to swallow and don’t have a nasty after flavor like a lot of vitamins and/or supplements do. I do suggest taking with food.

These supplements have no unpleasant taste and are easy to swallow. So far, they appear to be keeping the seasonal cold away and are helping my immune system.
