Zoe Extra Virgin Olive Oil
I've been ordering this for little over a year now almost every month always the same consistency of product, so here;s the verdict:this is very high quality exta virgin olive oil for this price at such a large amount. I never thought I could actually avoid the price gauging for good evoo at the supermarkets and the olive oil specialty store that's a few miles from me. the zoe evoo is fruity never bitter has that greenish color that good olive oil from a cold 1st press should have. on pasta and on crusty bread it's just awesome and one of the ways you can tell that you've got an excellent evoo product. I keep mine in the fridge door, but when you start to run out the little at the bottom of the can becomes a bit solid so let it sit out for a few minutes and shake it up then pour. make sure that you pull the plastic accordion pouring spout all the way to it's full length. is the best so far that I've had in 10 years

Its the best of the cheaper olive oils
The USA is dumping ground for stale and low quality olive oil and no doubt even fake olive oil. Our govt has no enforced standards so sellers can claim anything true or not without fear of punishment. The labels are meaningless. Not even sure some of the olive oils are all olive oil. Temptation too great to cheapen for that extra bit of profit. FDA mostly concerned whether its edible (wont kill you nor make you seriously ill) not whether its what it states on the label. This is IMHO probably best of affordable olive oil with consistant acceptable flavor and not stale. Is it the best olive oil out there? Not by a long shot, but its a good consistant daily driver that wont bankrupt you.

Delicious and versatile!
This is a very high quality and versatile olive oil for a super reasonable price. Replacing the nuttiness of Italian olive oil with a fruity flavor means there's nothing it doesn't go with. It's still great for cooking and dipping bread but it goes even better with salads and I can even put a bit into a breakfast smoothie without it becoming completely vile. I'm addicted to this olive oil and make sure I always have a stock around in the house.

Love the Olive Oil; Hate the Cans
Olive oil has great taste and value. I didn't want to spend all day looking for the perfect olive oil; this one had good reviews and a good price per liter as compared to grocery store varieties. I use olive oil for everything (as opposed to any other types of oil), so Zoe's is a good compromise on quality and value for a large amount - good bang for the buck.My biggest (really only) complaint are the annoying tin cans. Every pour from the can results in wasted oil coming down the side of the can or resting on the top of the can. I feel like any money I saved buying this oil is being poured down the side of the can. Plus, I get to clean it up, every single time. That annoyance alone is not worth any saved money.Bottom line: I do like the taste; I do enjoy cooking with it; I hate the cans. I would consider buying this oil again in a different container type if the price was still right.EDIT: I have seen the comments on how to open it properly and have gone back to buying and using the is olive oil, as well as transferring it to a spouted glass bottle (works much better). Thanks for the comments. Still annoyed that they don't print directions anywhere on the can for use of the spout. It is so easy once you know, but how are you supposed to just automatically know!?

My longtime absolute favorite EVOO!
I have used at least a dozen different extra vigin olive oils over the years. This is my hands down favorite. It has a very herbaceous, even stongly grassy element - be ware this if you prefer a less assertive olive oil. Spanish olive oils tend to be more assertive in this quality. In over 16 years of consuming Zoe brand, I have never been disappointed. The container is also a plus. It is not dfficult container from which to pour and the material protects the oil itself. I would suggest you try this olive oil. It is delightful for dipping bread, and absolute heaven for preparing potatoes with onions. I also enjoy it combined with dripping from very good quality bacon to par cook the vegetables in an Alsatian onion tart or any frittata.

Great Value
I ordered these a few weeks ago after accidentally dropping my full olive oil to the ground. Glass and olive oil everywhere! This was one of the Olive Oil's that would deliver the soonest BUT its also in a can, so less likely its going to shatter into a million pieces. The area where we keep our oils is pretty difficult to reach so accidents aren't entirely unlikely. My husband was skeptical that this would taste good because its in a can...but I think it tastes great! There is a little spillage that occurs but its not a huge deal. This is a great value for sure!

Fruity and pungent and a little bitter and a new favorite
I am Italian and I typically use Italian olive oils or some of the nicer Californian ones.I think this oil is great. If you are used to an olive oil that is very buttery or nutty or mild then the slight bitterness and bite this oil has might turn you off but I love its flavor profile and so did everyone I know who has tried it.It’s nice to have a variety of different olive oils that you can go to for different flavors and this one is definitely going into my arsenal. Also, this is a great price for this quality of oil.

Came highly recommended!
I bought this for my mother because this was the main ingredient used by every Italian woman in my family for their skin care. It's an age-old beauty regime that is still used in Italy and beyond that. So far, she's loving it! She decided to use the other one she received for cooking because we use it in almost everything and it's absolutely amazing!
