This ironing board is perfect in every way. As a taller person, ironing was hurting my back, and the task wasn't fun! Now I enjoy ironing. Adjusting the board is a game-changer. The board is also beautiful, and although it's wide, it stores perfectly in my closet. I love the metal plate that holds the iron, and it's strong enough to accommodate a steam station.

This is a must have if you sew or quilt. This is a wide ironing board and has a handy iron rest. It is heavy and stable. Very easy to maneuver and easy to open and close.

Great stability. Height adjustable, it is easy to adjust the height thereby eliminating the need to bend over as you are ironing. Easy to open and close, it locks into place.As a quilter, the extra width is just what I need when pressing fabric yardage and quilt tops.

I love the sturdyness of this board and the stability supplied by the thicker legs. Roweta tank/reservoir style iron sits perfectly on the added tray with no worries of slippage or falling. The only reason I could not give it 5 stars is even though it's much wider than a basic board, you lose inches on the length due to the iron tray. Its only about 5 inches lost but to a someone who sews everthing from apparel to curtains that makes a difference. I know it would be a beast if the lenth of the skinny board was added to the width of this board, but the manufcturer needs to realize people who want a board this size want it to be all the way peofessional in stylingWhats yhe point if I gain width but lose lenth. All in all. I love the board and would buy again.
