As a self taught beginner, this poster is wonderful. It helps me to remember the moves without resorting to my yoga books. I had it put on foam board and hung it up in my yoga room. My one slight problem is my eyesight isn't what it used to be, haha.

When I ordered the poster, I didn’t realize her heel was up in a pose (revolved side angle) when I was taught it should be on the ground. Other than that it’s a great poster.

Helpful having color coordinated flows and poses. Much preferred than looking at a device. With the image lettering being small, I hung it up close to where it can be seen easily from my mat. Would buy another series in this format.

Over priced. Very suseptiable to damage due to paper thickness (very thin). Should've have cost no more than a $5.00 at the most... It's really nothing product. One poster with bunch of Yoga poses.

I bought this so that I’d be able to see the poses as I’m doing my yoga, but the figures are very small and it really doesn’t do what I wanted it to do. I wanted it to be a prompt so that I would know the next posture coming up.
