Product is very good and functions well, shippped quickly. However, Delivery was less than desirable in that the Delivery person failed to follow Delivery Instructions to place article INSIDE the front porch. Our stairs are well built (only 2 steps) and nice and wide so one may easily stand on them while opening the Storm door. Montana weather is unpredictable and changes quickly. PLEASE Place INSIDE the front porch.

I feel stupid for not having measured this the way I should have. It's much smaller than I pictured it being. However, for what it is, it seems like a nice, sturdy, functional little trash can, perfect for outdoors.

I was looking for a small, cute bin to use in my backyard for picking up after my dogs, and this one has been great. The removable black liner makes it easy to clean, which I really appreciate even though I use waste bags. The built-in foot pedal is very convenient, allowing me to open the lid without touching it. The size is just right for this purpose, and the design looks nice outdoors. Overall, it’s a practical and well-made bin that I’m happy to recommend!

FYI this received dented probably from pressure on the shipping box. I could pop the dent back out and it’s less noticeable of a dent and luckily on the back panel. But for the price it should come with better protection. Looks good otherwise

I was looking for a trash can that can be used for our pets waste. This trash can was great for about a month, maybe two, but it started to decline quickly. In the description I found all the specs I was looking for: foot peddle, tight sealing lid, size, removable bucket, outdoor use, metal. In the end, after using it for 9 months, the foot peddle stopped working, the lid doesn’t seal closed and the lid is almost completely rusted through. I’m super disappointed that I spent so much money on this darn thing. I don’t recommend it at all. There’s better quality products out there, this is not it.

What do you do with those large balls of cat-p/cat litter in the interim between garbage-days? Put 'em in here. As some others have observed, the foot-pedal is as chintzy as all get-out; so far it has worked, but it is one of those things where you know in your bones that it is only a matter of time before you gingerly press down with your toe and, instead of the lid rising up in familiar service, there is a rattle and a clatter and your toe just wants to stomp the pedal flat. So for the most part I use the handle on the top of the lid. We have lined the inner plastic bucket with a plastic bag, but when we dump it into our big garbage bag on garbage day, the liner bag gets rather tangled up with the cat waste and things go downhill from there, so I am secretly-contemplating going without the bag and just using the bucket. So some litter sticks to the inside of the bucket? Is that a problem? Don't be so picky! Please let me know how it works out for you. Thanks.

We have a German Shepherd who produces a lot of waste. For years we have been using the YardPup dog waste pickup system, which uses old grocery bags. This product stays outside in the weather and after over 8 years it still performs well. Problem? The grocery bags. We want to get away from using plastic grocery bags for anything. I haven't found a compostable/biodegradable bag that will sustain the elements for about a week to replace them in the YardPup. So we came up with another idea. We will be using the 5 gallon pedal bin, with the 7 gallon biodegradable bags lining the inside bucket and the metal tray/rake system to collect the waste. So we will see how this works and I'll report back. The only complaint was that the waste bin came with two dings already in the lid. The metal is not the strongest and does bend. I was able to partially pop out one of the dings. It seems to open and close easily with the pedal mechanism and the black interior lining bucket seems substantial and has its own handle.

This arrived with a small ding, but hey, it crossed half Europe to come, so I am actually impressed that it arrived with only just 1 tiny ding. It was well packed, so no fault of the seller. I like its quality, it feels solid, not flimsy. It will certainly have more dings coming its way (this is called life), so I am keeping it as is and will not return it. Five stars from me.
