HUGE cut and too Long

It’s a nice shirt but way too big. I usually wear a medium, which fits snug. This medium is HUGE and even goes down past my glutes. What were they thinking?. It is too much hassle to return to the seller, so now I’m stuck. Very dissatisfied.
