If you, like me, use Himalayan, Redmonds or Celtic sea salt, you need to make sure you're getting your iodine. These seaweed flakes will help you do that without having to use "refined" iodized salt that has been chemically treated to add the iodine but has had other things like bicarbonate and silicate added to it.

I have used this in the past and I like it. It works great when cooking beans from scratch

This is an excellent organic product. A tablespoon of it in my smoothie tastes great. It is reasonably priced, lasts a long time and is great value for money. I will buy it again.

Achtung: Nicht mehr als 1 TL pro Tag nehmen, weil er sehr jodhaltig ist. Jod fehlt den meisten Menschen aber mit Seetang kann man zuviel bekommen. Also in Maßen genossen ist dieses Produkt sehr wertvoll. Ich vertraue der Qualität: Bio, schwermetalluntersucht und aus Maine, wo die Umwelt ein bisschen sauberer ist.
