The BioTrust brand is an excellent source for extremely high-quality products. I've used them for years, with wonderful results The Belly Trim has helped me to shore up my figure when I notice that " little extra" floating about my midriff. (I go off my old historically low- carbohydrate style of eating once or more a year for a while, gaining about 3-4# of fat, mostly around upper hips and waist and then need a little help , along with increasing my attention to my exercise habits, which also get sloppy at times, to regain my lean feeling. The Belly-Trim really works. Try it! The company is also wonderful about talking with you about their products. it's very healthy to add this very high quality CLA to your intake. It acts quickly, even if I only remember to take it once a day. Of course, it works even better and more noticeably quicker if I also will do what I need to do : in my case, it's " STOP BUYING LA GALLETTE FRENCH BUTTER cookies AT COSTCO"!! ( they Are to die for): for at least a couple months. :)

It will squelch your appetite if thats what you are looking for. Hadn't taken it long enough to say if it works for weight loss.

I'd give zero if I could. Zero is approximately what happened. Nothing, nada, zero, zip, zilch. Zero weight loss. Zero reduction in hips. Zero reduction in waist measurement. Nothing. In fact, this is one of my shortest reviews because I can't think of anything else to say about this other than zero!

If you're looking for *significant* weight loss, this isn't going to do it. But I think it does exactly what it says--it's a belly *trimmer." I'm a 67-year-old woman who rides a road bike 5,000 miles a year and eats decent-quality food in moderation. Despite being fit and healthy, I have that somewhat jiggly "pot" that so many post-menopausal women have, and I wanted to see if I could get rid of it--or at least diminish it a bit. After about a month of BellyTrim XP, I can say I see a subtle difference. I'm going to keep using it. Now, if you're looking for really noticeable weight loss, and you're already exercising and watching what you eat, I'd say a visit to your doctor to check out thyroid function is in order.

I think that this is the best product especially for those hard places to lose those extra pounds. I not only saw results in my stomach area, but also in my hips and back. It works even faster when used with the Metabo379. Excellent product especially for women that have a hard time losing weight due to hormones, in my opinion, since it worked so well for me.

I can't say that I am seeing results, but it's only been one week. I know the IC--5 works for me so I'm not throwing in the towel yet.

Personally wouldn’t recommend. Not saying it doesn’t do anything but i really didn’t notice a difference. Taking meds once day did fine but taking twice like recommended didn’t do well on my tummy. I like the powder version of the product with i use for my coffee but this costs to much for not working

After several months of consistent weight loss, I hit a plateau. It felt like I was going to be stuck forever and so I decided to add Belly Trim to the mix to see if it could get me over this hump. Within 1 week, I was able to lose 5 pounds and in week 2, I am already down 4 and still going strong. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!
