Good to charge, not so good for charging
The charger arrived with 78% left in the battery - a good start. Since then I've used it 3 times to charge my Galaxy S6 typically from 5% to 100%. This takes somewhere between an hour & a half and two hours - very impressive. Three charges depleted the charger to 14% so today I decided to recharge it for the first time. I've just taken it off charge at 99% after over 10 hours! This was quite a shock. I'm beginning to wonder if the Apple charger I used isn't up to the job. I'll try to use a different USB source next time and carefully monitor the charging time. I'll update this review after further investigation.Overall, the most important thing is the charger's ability to power other devices and, so far, I'm very pleased with this aspect.

Decent Bit of Kit
This is my first battery pack, so I'm not able to compare it with anything.First impressions were good; it seems well made and well designed. It arrived partially charged, so I topped it up to 100%. I tried it for a short while on a lens warmer (the purpose for which it was bought), it did the job. I have since used it to recharge my iPad mini on 2 occasions; both times the iPad was on 3 or 4% and I fully charged it to 100%; charging time was about the same as charging using the mains adapter. The battery pack was not recharged between these events and after the 2nd iPad charge the battery pack itself was showing a charge level of 43%. I consider this quite acceptable.Recharging the battery pack takes a fair while; from 43% to 100% took nine and a half hours, but I guess you're putting a lot of battery power in there so its bound to take time.Overall I'm very happy with the performance of the pack and would highly recommend it.Chargin

Slow to charge
It charges phones etc fine but boy is it slow to charge itself. We're talking overnight to get to full charge with a 2.4A charger. But if you consider you're charging basically the equivalent of 5 phones, maybe that's what you should expect???

To heavy and huge in size
This product is huge and heavy. It is not convenient to carry around as that is why I purchased it. I would send it back but it costs £14.95 or something to send it back the same as the item itself. The charge lasts all day if it was smaller and lighter it would be perfect.

The backup power
Bought this external battery as a backup for my phone just in case I watch too many movies on my way to and from work.Joke aside, I've found myself in couple of occasions when I desperately needed some power and I didn't have it.The battery is quite efficient, I can charge my android phone several times, but usually I recharge it back after each use.Nice design, with anti sliip or sliding features, 2 smart charge ports which they'll recognise the amps in the device and adapt accordingly and a flash light which me honestly I find it quite useful in case you need it

Unreliable
A late review. Initially seemed OK but the USB A sockets were poorly aligned and subsequently one broke. It would charge up OK but the charging output on the USB C port became unreliable.Didn’t measure the output but although it was a large unit, the capacity never seemed the same that was marked.Probably I’ll buy a more well-known make in the future.

Good size, reasonable build, acceptable.
Reasonable quality. Not as solid as I'd like; some part of it moves, meaning it doesn't feel that sturdy. I thought it had 2 variants for charging but not the case, just standard. LED is handy.
