Love these. Only started getting back in to the gym about a year ago to help shift some timber. A guy I work with uses the "original" make of these, but these ones are just as good for a lot less money. Great quality, easy instructions, and just as versatile as the "original" make.

This is a great piece of kit recommended by my chiropractor I had to contact the company for some additional help and there was an instant response and problem resolved in an instant.The straps fit easily over the door and stays in place what a genius idea and if you can’t leave it on the door can easily be put on and off so is portable.Tough strong straps instruction booklet clearly shows how to get the best out of itThank You Rhino sport and will be sharing its value to all my friends

Good quality for a budget exercise system.

I like to mix up my exercises as I continue to build my strength, so I have started using this Sling Trainer Set alongside YouTube videos, which make workouts more enjoyable. That said, the sling trainer set comes with clear instructions to use and a workout guide with many illustrations in a poster format - which I intend to put on the wall. The workout guide allows you to target the areas you want to focus and build on. The exercises included are hamstring curl, low row, lunge, chest press, squat, y-deltoid fly, triceps press, hip press, pull-ups, squats and more.This has easy adjustable straps that are very strong with comfortable handles. The set comes with a carry bag so you can take this on your travels or when out in nature - I like the idea of anchoring to a tree and getting some exercise in all without the need of the gym or carrying the weight of dumb bells.To me, I get the same benefits as I did with TRX straps without the high price tag. When we have created adequate space, I will consider buying another set so I can workout in tandem with my partner - you never know we might start our own YouTube video. I am currently using this on my existing anchor bracket but Rhinosport also do their own anchor set too “RHINOSPORT Suspension Trainer Wall/Ceiling Mount Anchor Bracket” which I will purchase with another sling trainer set once we have the room.

I can only echo the same sentiments of all the others here who helped me decide to buy this (and thank you all for doing so) except for the one lady who must not have received the same workout booklet, or ever used a suspension trainer, or doesn't know how to use YouTube.I only had a budget Crane Sports model before, and it sucked. It hung over my door the last two years and I never used it. The quality of this one is soooo far above the old one, and the way it's parts are machined and work together is of such an excellent standard, that I've already started using this within minutes of opening the box. It's very sturdy and the yellow one is so appealing looking, it just kinda says, pssst, c'mere... wanna work out? ;)Zero buyer's remorse here and delighted to add another aspect to my home gym . It will also be ideal for travelling when bringing a 16kg kettlebell with you is impractical.
