Great value and works very well (update, solid performer for years!)
This was a surprise. It turned out to be a great value, easy to install and a great price. I just wish they made shower systems. We installed three on a recent remodel and they have been fantastic and have held up very well to daily use months later. It’s just a good solid product at a great price, the valves don’t leak, and it looks great! About the only thing that could be improved is the set screw. It’s not good but silver and it would be nice if it was the same color as the rest of the sink faucet. Pop up drains work well too. Edit: ok folks, I know this never happens on Amazon reviews but here we are April of 2025, and I’m posting a follow up review. Every unit is installed and working and have been problem free. We do have one drain that got clogged by a tile workers and died on us, but that’s because the tall man decided to clean grout in the bathroom sink instead of outside and the poor little drain just couldn’t take it. I don’t think that has anything to do with the product, but it’s a nice reminder that grout and pop up drains need to be kept separate. The only issue we have, and the reason I’m mentioning the story, is that we aren’t sure where to buy a replacement from this vendor. We would love it if they also sold drains that matched the original equipment separately. But thats the only issue we have had with them. Solid performers for the price and has been working well for years at this moment, delivering solid pressure and still don’t have any marks or problems. Honestly, I don’t think you can do better in this price range. Hope it helps someone

Awesome product, will buy again - two problems
What a awesome product, Everything you need included in the kit. Well packaged to protect to surface finish of the product. functional, Clear instructions. Three colors Blue green and red, to help identify current temperature range I have two gripes. Suggestion for product improvement: Have some kind of positional makers on your lever. It can be difficult to turn on the water on and get it to the desired temperature in an instance. you have to turn on the lever and slowly move it while watching the thermostat change. Secondly, compared to my old faucet, there is more white noise being created from the aerator of the faucet. this is not loud by any means but is jarring the first time hearing it. I ended up taking a sharpie, and setting my thermostat to 100, and making a physical mark. so that when i turn it on, i can get it close to that range. make this a part of your product, not my own personal modification. Overall, would recommend every time. Will buy another one when I move to a different house

Happy So Far
Note that the drain that comes with this kit isn’t the one in the main product photo; it’s the one in a later photo (plastic rather than metal - and the top is a single disk, not a disk within a ring). At first, I was disappointed. But when I read about the rust issues people were experiencing with the metal one, I was happy to have this one. I personally prefer the more traditional look of the metal, but both my husband and father-in-law like the more modern one. It works well with our new sink without overflow (be sure to check the minimum drain hole thickness specified in the product info). Since pop up sink drains are so easy and affordable to replace, I am not too worried about it. The bad reviews do worry me about longevity, but even the brand name one that costs about three times as much has some similar bad reviews. I suppose using material-appropriate cleaners has an effect, as does replacing the faucet aerator as needed (this kit included an extra one). Time will tell, of course. But, at this price, I was willing to gamble a little. This kit is also more complete than the name brand, as it includes the two water lines for connecting the hot and cold water from the wall to the bottoms of the hot and cold handles. The length of the water lines should work for most installations. The water supply would need to be pretty far away from the handles to cause the need for longer connections. I also appreciated that the two water lines are red and blue to indicate water temperature, though I don’t know if there’s any other difference. The only other things we needed for the entire installation was a small amount of plumbers tape and the white plastic plumbing pieces for connecting the drain to the drain pipe. If you’re replacing the faucet but not the sink, you should be able to use the existing drain plumbing. The plumbers tape was only for the metal-to-metal hot and cold water connections at the wall and the handles. We watched several videos and this was recommended. Plumbers putty was also recommended for drain installation in general; but, this drain doesn’t need it. The two pieces (washers? gaskets?) directly above and below the drain hole in the sink are soft, not rigid. So when you tighten it by rotating the large nut under the sink, you get a nice water-tight seal without the need for the soft plumbers putty. I imagine this also helps prevent sink cracks which can happen when any drain assembly is tightened too much. The instructions were pretty straight forward with clear illustrations. If you’re also installing a new sink, it’s easiest to install everything before placing the sink / vanity top and then using the nuts to connect to the incoming hot and cold water supplies. The 3 ends of the 2-to-1 water line which connects the water from the two handles to the faucet do need to be pushed onto the three male connectors with some force. You’ll hear a clear ‘click’ when they lock in. If you need to unlock them for any reason, there is a button to press to release the locking feature. Note that the instructions show the upside down Y below the faucet connecting to opposite sides. This facilitates a nice arc in each of the two lines instead of any sharper bends that could interfere with water flow. Since this was our first bathroom faucet installation, we actually spent more time on research than on the actual install. It was relatively quick, easy and mostly self-explanatory. The soft, black washers go under the handles and faucet above the sink holes. The metal washers go on the underside and are tightened with nuts and two screws per nut. We ran the sink for quite a while and weren’t able to find any signs of a leak anywhere. There was some air in the lines when we first turned the handles. For the first few seconds of clearing the air from the lines, the water was gray (like the faucet). The water has been quite clear ever since. We also tested the drain stop. We turned off the water to listen. There was no water movement or bubbles or sounds of any water draining. Also, the flow (water pressure) from the faucet is strong, and the drain kept up. Water didn’t pool except when the pop-up was pushed down. The packaging is very nice and the components all appear high end at first. Upon closer inspection, you can see that there are some cheaper materials used (like a coating that looks like brass rather than actual brass). Again, time will tell if it’s going to last. I personally don’t like the blue and red circles on the faucets, but it’s not super noticeable. My biggest concern was that the handles would be backwards; but when closed they are parallel to the wall and open by turning the handles in toward the sink. So far, so good. The installed faucet looks far more expensive than it is. The price here on Amazon is quite a bit better than this same brand sold elsewhere. Installation was relatively easy. All the components fit perfectly in all the standard sink holes. The kit includes everything but the plumbers tape, but tape is only for the hot and cold water supply lines which most faucet kits do not include in the first place. We are hoping we have a better experience than some and won’t need to replace the faucet after only a year. If we do, it’ll be a learning experience; and I will be sure to update this review accordingly. At this price, I thought it was worth the gamble… especially since the brand names are not making their faucets as nice as they used to either. Whether or not the huge savings is worth the gamble is ultimately up to you.

VERY easy install and look great
Ok...bar was set very low and my original intent was just to use this as a test / backup fixture in our master bath. Right after opening the box I changed my mind and realized this was a much higher quality fixture than I anticipated. Packaged nicely with decent instructions (considering some of the others I've seen) and install was simple compared to others as well...including the "top of the line" fixtures I was replacing....which are rubbish. Fixtures are well made and seem up to lasting for years. Minimal tools needed for install....2 pairs of channel locks and a phillips screw driver. For my install, I wanted to use my existing 1/2 lines to give me plenty of slack in the cabinet so I purchased some 1/2 to 3/8 adapters on Amazon and made the connection which is shown in the pics. Biggest issue with install is to be VERY sure to install the water line (3/8) into the fixtures and feed them through the openings before you attach the fixtures to the sink. These do not swivel and you can see in the pic you have to feed them into the threaded port and give them a snug turn with your channel locks. Yes, you can try and screw these in under the cabinet but you'll be there a while and I didn't have the patience. This is my only negative but can see why they opted for this design....it's much better than relying on a plastic clip for a high pressure line. Once I got past that hurdle, install was quick and straightforward and much, much easier than my previous fixtures. Total install was about 30 minutes and while you can do this by yourself (the fixtures have a top side tightening feature and the screws on the bottom side nuts secure the plate) I recommend a second set of hands to ensure the fixtures stay aligned as you snug the bottom side nuts and secure in place with the screws. This went from being a test / backup fixture to now being the fixtures on both our master bath sinks. Water flow is excellent and they look great.

Overall happy with purchase
Good value and quality. Very pleased with the faucet! Flow and pressure seam to be good even with being lower pressure at the my house. Instead was easy. Unsure about the durability currently cause this went into a new build so only time will tell.
