Insurance paid off
We had a toy malfunction. Manufacturer wouldn't cover it. Asurion asked for photo and the sent prepaid shipping label and issued a full Amazon refund. Will buy protection again.

Protection plan
Recently purchased an RC boat. It broke shortly after running a few times. The insurance plan came through with instructions on returning the item and issuing a refund for the product. Be sure to keep all of your original boxes that your product is shipped in for an easier return.

This what I wanted, you can take apart the vehicle, has a dip stick, lights work, and makes horn, driving sounds. Nice!!

Product failed.
Got approval. to bad it is only for amazon and can not use the credit anywhere. That is the downside of this warranty.
