Poor quality
The nails popped out after one week of use. The entire thing collapsed on floor. Expensive for junk. Waste of my money

Better than the "curved seat" benches
Comfortable, high quality, and nicely finished bench. I am a 5'9; 200 lb male. Bench makes good contact with my sit bones. It's sized well.I've tried bigger flat benches, and also the curved-seat benches. This Seiza bench was the most comfortable.6-17-2019 Update: Mine still works good as new.

Excellent quality bench
Excellent quality bench, absolutely beautiful wood, great customer service; The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that is is rather small for a 6 '4" 265 lbs dude;

It is very sturdy. Works quite well
The bench arrived very quickly. It is very sturdy. Works quite well. I haven't had to move it from my meditation area yet, but the foldable legs make the unit easily portable if that is your desire. Great bench!

Good meditation bench.
Quality bench. It is sturdy and comfortable. It has really helped my meditation practice since sitting cross legged is harder for me now. I am very happy with this bench.
