This cookbook has many practical recipes. Excellent!

As someone raised in the South who lives soups and stews, this book is a winner. Great, easy to make recipes that you don't often see elsewhere. Nice photos too.

Hoping for more traditional southern recipes. It does have some great recipes.

Wasn't what I expected, I thought there would be more colorful pictures in the book like on the cover. I am fom the south and some of these recipes were not very appetizing to me.
